Where and When
Taking Steps Together

A nutrition and healthy lifestyle education program for families who are living with or are concerned about childhood obesity. Classes are facilitated by pediatric and nutrition health professionals in English and Spanish. Talk to your primary care provider to see if TST is right for you.

16-week program; classes generally start in January, April, and August

Monday or Wednesday nights, 6-8 pm

     
Obesity Program Informational Seminar

Learn the details of the disease of obesity, from the way it may affect you to how you can ultimately beat it and live the healthier life you seek. Call 612-873-5479 to make an appointment.

Two seminars last a total of 90 minutes

Friday mornings, starting at 8 am

     
Total Joint Replacement Classes

Total Joint Replacement classes are designed to answer questions from those who will be undergoing a replacement as well as those considering the option. A tour will follow the class. Sign up by calling the Orthopedic Clinic at 612-873-4301.
