HCMC's administrative staff provides management support for inpatient and outpatient services, including program and policy research, planning, implementation, and evaluation. Administration also serves as liaison
to the board of the Hennepin Health System, Inc., Hennepin County administration, community agencies, governmental bodies, and other health care providers.
