PeRx Cafe & Bakery sells gourmet coffee and specialty drinks, fresh bakery and pastries, fresh-made sandwiches, soups and specialty salads. PeRx is owned by the Hennepin Health Foundation, so profits help fund hospital volunteer programs.

Red Building Level 1 Lobby
Open Monday through Friday, 6:45 a.m. - 6:45 p.m. and

Saturday and Sunday, 6:45 a.m. - 1 p.m.
Red Building entrances: 730 S. 8th Street and 717 S. 7th Street.

Blue Building Level 1 Lobby
Open Monday through Friday, 6:45 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.

Blue Building entrance: 900 S. 8th Street.

Purple Building Level 2 Skyway
Open Monday through Friday, 6:45 a.m. to 4 p.m.
Purple Building entrances: 716 S. 7th Street and 717 S. 6th St.
