The Education Department is a support department to the entire hospital organization. It is responsible for identifying and establishing systems for meeting the organization-wide learning needs of staff, patients, and community outside of HCMC. Education Department participation varies depending on factors such as the scope of the projects, hospital-wide implications, and available resources. |
