The Human Resources staff provides a full range of human resources services for the health service areas of Hennepin County, including recruitment of staff, consultation on employee relations issues, and coordination of salary and benefits. Human Resources personnel also advise on labor relations issues and employee complaints, analyze and recommend the design and structure of organizational units, and provide employee and management training.
