 MHP
is Hennepin County's licensed health maintenance organization, providing
managed health care to members through HCMC, the HFA Clinics, the Hennepin
Care Clinics, Pilot City Health Center, Family Medical Center, community
clinics, and other providers such as pharmacies, rehabilitation agencies,
and home health firms. MHP membership has increased steadily since it
was founded in 1983. The organization serves more than 30,000 members.
