The HCMC Patient Representatives Office is a resource
for patients and visitors to receive help, information, and special services,
including: directions, brochures about services, information about lodging,
transportation, restaurants, and parking. The office staff can also provide
short-term problem-solving and handle grievances as well as provide access
to Telecommunication Devices for the Deaf.
