Red Door Services is located in the Hennepin County Health Services Building, 525 Portland Ave., 4th Floor, Public Health Clinic. The service of the Hennepin County Community Health Department, provides confidential diagnosis and treatment of sexually transmitted diseases, such as gonorrhea, syphilis, herpes, and chlamydia. The clinic also serves as a counseling and testing center for HIV/AIDS antibody test. Ryan White Care Act services are available for HIV-positive individuals.
