Hennepin County Medical Center is pleased to offer an e-mail greeting service to well-wishers of our patients. You can e-mail your message to us and our staff will be pleased to deliver it to your family member or friend. This is a service of the Hennepin Service League of volunteers, in collaboration with the hospital's Information Desk staff.
To add one of the above images to your e-mail greeting, right click on the image and then choose "copy." In a new e-mail on your own computer, right click and choose "paste" to place the image into the body of your e-mail. Put your patient's full name and room number (if you know it) on the subject line of your e-mail. Complete your e-mail greeting to your patient, and send the e-mail to paula.lanhart@hcmed.org. Our hospital Service League volunteers, in collaboration with our Information Desk staff, will deliver it for you!
Please note: Messages received by noon Monday through Friday will be delivered on the same day. Messages received after noon or on the weekend will be delivered on the next business day. Please be sure to include both the first and last name of your patient. Because staff will see your message when assisting delivery for you, we ask that you do not include confidential information. Inappropriate messages will not be delivered. To respect our patients’ confidentiality, we are unable to confirm delivery of messages. If a patient is no longer here, we will dispose of your message confidentially. |
