This all-day class helps you and your partner learn what to expect during labor, childbirth, and the early postpartum time. The information has been condensed to help busy women and their partners get specific information about childbirth. This is also a great refresher class for families who have already experienced birth. A tour of the Birth Center is included in this class.
The Express Class in Spanish includes content from the Combined Breastfeeding/Newborn Care class. A separate class covering this information is not available for Spanish speakers.

There will be breaks throughout the day. Please bring: Money for lunch or a bag lunch, a pillow, a blanket, and your labor partner. This class is best taken during the last three months of pregnancy.
