Meet our Team

The Medical Director of the Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI) Center is Gaylan Rockswold, MD,

who is also Chief of the Division of Neurosurgery.

The TBI Center's Program Coordinator is Carol Ann Smith, RN, CNRN.

Sarah Rockswold, MD, is the Medical Director of the Mild to Moderate TBI Program

and TBI Research.

Kary Lehman, LGSW, is Program Coordinator for the Pediatric Traumatic Brain

Injury Program.

Mary Jo Peck, RN, is Program Manager/Nursing Supervisor for the Knapp Rehabilitation

Center.

The ongoing work of the Traumatic Brain Injury Center is directed by the Executive Committee, with input from the multidisciplinary TBI Center Planning Committee, in coordination with administrative and physician leadership.
