Patient Navigator Program
The American Cancer Society Patient Navigator program can assist cancer patients, families and caregivers from the time of diagnosis through survivorship. The Patient Navigator provides free cancer information such as how to cope with side effects of treatment, and planning for survivorship; day to day help, such as help with transportation to treatment, financial assistance resources, free wigs and head coverings, mastectomy bras and prosthesis and emotional support, such as finding local support groups or on-line support for patients and caregivers and much more.
