Medication Support

At Hennepin County Medical Center, we offer a service provided by qualified pharmacists designed to help you better understand your medications and reach your health goals. We work closely with your doctors and other healthcare providers to make sure all of your medications are safe and effective and give you the best results.

We will review all of the medications you are taking, including over-the-counter medications. We will provide education on how to avoid possible side effects and adverse reactions, offer guidance on how to simplify medication schedules, provide suggestions on potential medication cost-savings and provide detailed follow-up as needed.
