With a financial counselor, social worker, bilingual staff, and educational resources available onsite, helping you get healthy and stay healthy is what we are striving to do. The Aqui Para Ti program is also available at this clinic for children, teens, and young adults ages 11 to 24. Hennepin Care North, Hennepin Care South, Hennepin Care East Lake, and Family Medical Center are hospital-based clinics owned by Hennepin County Medical Center. Many insurance plans pay for health care services provided in a hospital-based clinic differently than those provided in a doctor’s office. Your insurance may require that you meet your annual deductible and/or require that you pay a percentage of the bill rather than just an office visit co-payment. You should check with your insurance company if you have any questions.
