The Family Medical Center provides primary care services, emphasizing total health of individuals and families.  The primary physicians are board certified family physicians.  Along with practicing traditional aspects of medicine, they also take behavioral and preventive measures to help you get healthy and keep you healthy.  We provide comprehensive health care, serve as the patient’s advocate, and coordinate services of other medical specialists.  We are able to provide your care no matter what your age, sex, organ system, or disease.  With questions concerning your health or services offered please feel free to give us a call. 

Hennepin Care North, Hennepin Care South, Hennepin Care East Lake, and Family Medical Center are hospital-based clinics owned by Hennepin County Medical Center. Many insurance plans pay for health care services provided in a hospital-based clinic differently than those provided in a doctor’s office. Your insurance may require that you meet your annual deductible and/or require that you pay a percentage of the bill rather than just an office visit co-payment. You should check with your insurance company if you have any questions.
