Physicians in the Division of Hematology and Medical
Oncology provide diagnosis and treatment of hematologic diseases and cancer
on an outpatient and inpatient basis. Specific cancer treatments include
chemotherapy, hormonal therapy, radioactive isotopes, plasmapheresis,
cytophoresis, and other modalities. Special emphasis is placed on emotional
and nutritional support during the treatment of malignancies.
