Ms Melcher is a Clinical Nurse Specialist in Adult Psychiatric and Mental Health Nursing. Ms. Melcher is a graduate of the University of Minnesota School of Nursing. She has 35 years of experience in mental health nursing and psychotherapy with patients in inpatient settings, day treatment, and three years with HCMC Crisis Intervention Center. She developed the Partial Program in collaboration with Dr. Debra Betow in 1996. She has extensive experience working with persons with personality and affective disorders.

Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker. Mr. Johnson has 35 years of experience as a psychotherapist, manager and director in the mental health field working in inpatient and mental health center settings. He has extensive experience working with serious and persistent mental illness, affective and personality disorders with group, family, and individual psychotherapy. He has been at HCMC for 6 years.

Licensed Occupational Therapist. Ms. Bartley graduated from the College of St. Catherine with a BA. She has 20 years experience with inpatient settings and joined the Partial Hospital Program in 1996.

| Kathryn Geffert Anderberg, BS |
Tasse, the name she is known by at HCMC, has worked at HCMC on and off since 1985 accumulating 18 + years of employment. She has a BS from the education department of Southwest Missouri State University with an emphasis in Therapeutic Recreation and psychology and is currently enrolled in a master’s program at St. Mary’s University of Minnesota working on a degree in Marriage and Family Therapy. Completion is estimated at fall of 2012. |
