| Amitabh Tipnis, M.D. |
Dr. Tipnis is a graduate
of the Hennepin-Regions Psychiatry Training
Program. His interests include psychotherapy, community and administrative psychiatry.
His current practice includes psychiatric consultation for the Consult-Liaison Service at HCMC and the Hennepin County Workhouse.
He is also one of the providers for mental health care on the Assertive Community Treatment teams at Ramsey County. He has been with the Partial Hospital Program since 2005.

Mattson Melcher,

Ms. Melcher is a Clinical
Nurse Specialist in Adult Psychiatric and Mental Health Nursing, who developed the Partial Hospital Program in collaboration with
Dr. Debra Betow in 1996. She has worked in mental health nursing and psycho-therapy with patients in inpatient
settings and day treatment settings since 1975. She has extensive experience working with
persons with personality and affective disorders. Ms. Melcher has three years with the HCMC Crisis Intervention
Center. She is a graduate of the University
of Minnesota School of Nursing.

A Licensed Independent
Clinical Social Worker, Mr. Johnson has been a psychotherapist, manager and director in the mental health field
working in inpatient and mental health center settings since 1978. He has extensive
experience working with serious and persistent mental illness, affective
and personality disorders with group, family, and individual psychotherapy.

Ms. Bartley is a Licensed Occupational Therapist with a BA degree from the College of St. Catherine. She has worked in inpatient hospital settings since 1990, and joined the Partial Hospital Program
in 1996.

Ms. Erdmann is a Mental Health Worker/Office Manager who has worked in the HCMC psychiatric inpatient units since 1995. She has been with the Partial Hospital Program
since 2002. |
| Jodi Rogness, RN, MA, LP |
Ms. Rogness is a registered nurse and licensed psychologist with a master's degree in Counseling Psychology from St. Mary's University. She has worked in the mental health setting since 1984, and has worked at Hennepin County Medical Center since 1987, mainly in the Crisis Home Program. She joined the PHP/DTP staff in 2001. |

Ms. McClear is a Therapeutic Recreation Specialist. She is a recent graduate of the University of Minnesota with a M.Ed in Recreation Parks and Leisure with an emphasis in Therapeutic Recreation. She joined the Partial Hospital Program in 2007. |
