Inpatient Services

Inpatient Comprehensive Program

Our goal is to assist patients and their families with rehabilitation. The comprehensive interdisciplinary staff works with the patient to minimize the physical/cognitive impairments experienced with their diagnosis.

Common patient diagnoses are:

•  Stroke

•  Multiple Trauma (e.g. multiple fractures or brain injury with multiple fractures)

•  Cardiopulmonary Deconditioning

•  Spinal Cord Injury

•  Musculo-skeletal (e.g. spinal cord injury without spinal cord involvement)

•  Amputation

•  Multiple Sclerosis

•  Neuropathy/Myopathy

•  Arthroplasty with complications (e.g. joint replacement)

•  Burns

The Knapp Rehabilitation Center has an experienced staff that has specially trained therapists that focus on the specific needs of our patients. Our staff knows the importance of family as a crucial part of the team. The Knapp Rehabilitation team will take the time to assist families throughout the rehabilitation process, until they return to the community.
