Knapp Rehabilitation Inpatient Statistics

•  Knapp serves an average of 360 inpatients per year.  

•  The overall length of stay for inpatients is an average of 13 days.

•  Between July 2003 and July 2004, 76% of inpatients were discharged to their home     community. Some patients come into the hospital without homes or families to assist     them. Patients may also be discharged to a homeless shelter or a sub-acute facility.

•  During an over-the-phone survey, 98% of patients were satisfied with the care they     received at Knapp Rehabilitation Center (2003 data).
