Dentistry Residency Program

General Practice Residency

Dentistry Residency Program

The Department of Dentistry at Hennepin County Medical Center sponsors a fully accredited one-year general practice residency program. The program intensively trains general dentists by providing advanced training and experience in hospital dentistry, oral surgery, general dentistry, pediatric dentistry, removable and fixed prosthodontics, endodontics and periodontics. Advanced training is provided in all areas of dentistry

in order to develop and expand on the skills acquired during dental school. Residents learn to manage patients with complex dental and medical conditions.
