Dr.
DiAngelis is Chief of Dentistry at Hennepin County Medical Center
and Professor at the University of Minnesota School of Dentistry.
Throughout his academic career, Dr. DiAngelis has maintained a
private practice in Minneapolis and has served in a number of
leadership positions in organized dentistry. Dr. DiAngelis has
published widely in the dental literature and lectures extensively
both nationally and internationally.

Dr. Haley graduated
from the University of Minnesota School of Dentistry in 1982.
He completed a two-year residency and fellowshipin TMJ and orofacial
pain diagnosis and management from 1984-1986. Currently Dr. Haley
is Associate Clinical Professor in the TMJ and Orofacial Pain
Clinic at the University of Minnesota as well as a staff dentist
in the Department of Dentistry at Hennepin County Medical Center.

Dr. Jungbluth is the
Director of Pediatric Dentistry at Hennepin County Medical Center.
In addition, she is an Adjunct Clinical Professor of Pediatric
Dentistry at the University of Minnesota. She received her dental
degree from the University of Minnesota. Upon completion of a
residency in Pediatric Dentistry at the University of Minnesota,
she was granted both a specialty certificate and a master's degree.
Dr. Jungbluth oversees the operation of the HCMC Pediatric Dentistry
clinic and supervises University of Minnesota pediatric dental
residents on rotation at HCMC. She delivers dental care to incarcerated
teenagers at the Hennepin County Home School and is currently
scheduled to treat pediatric patients in the operating room three
days a week. Professional interests include early childhood caries,
adolescent dentistry, medically challenged children, non-English
speaking children, and comprehensive dental treatment for children
under general anesthesia in the operating room setting.

Dr. Lund received his
D.D.S. degree in 1977 and M.S. in prosthodontics in 1982 from
the University of Minnesota. He completed his residency in maxillofacial
prosthetics at M D Anderson Hospital in Houston, Texas in 1985.
He is a fellow in the American Academy of Maxillofacial Prosthetics,
and a clinical associate professor at the University of Minnesota.
His special interests include prosthetic restoration of oral and
facial defects created by trauma or by surgical resection of cancer,
oral and craniofacial implants to retain prosthetic restorations,
and prosthetic treatment for patients with developmental and craniofacial
defects. He and his wife enjoy doing water rescue, tracking, and
therapy dog work with their two Newfoundland dogs.

Dr.
MacLeod joined the staff of Hennepin County Medical Center in
2003. He undertook his medical and dental training in the United
Kingdom. He graduated from dentistry from the University of Dundee
and in medicine at the University of Aberdeen. He undertook his
surgical training in Aberdeen, Edinburgh and Glasgow. He did a
fellowship in maxillofacial trauma at the University of Louisville,
Kentucky. He is actively involved in medical education locally,
nationally and internationally. His major clinical interests are
maxillofacial trauma, maxillofacial reconstruction and outpatient
anesthesia.

Dr. Markowski
received his DDS from Loyola University Dental School in Chicago.
After completing a one-year General Practice Residency at Hennepin
Medical Center, he went into private dental practice in Downtown
Minneapolis. A few years later he returned to his special interest,
community dentistry. Dr. Markowski's time is spent mainly at Hennepin
Care Clinic (a satellite clinic of Hennepin County Medical Center.)
He also spends time at Hennepin County Medical Center and Hennepin
County Adult Correctional Facility

Dr. Peterson
has been with Hennepin County Medical Center since 1975 when he
graduated from the Master's program in Prosthodontics at the University
of Minnesota. Dr. Peterson presently is one-half time at the hospital
and spends the rest of the week at his private practice in downtown
Minneapolis. His clinical areas of concern are removablecomplete
and partial dentures, crowns and bridges, and implant dentistry.
When he is not in the clinic you can find him above or below the
water fishing and diving.

Mary Seieroe, DDS
Dr.
Seieroe graduated from the University of Iowa and completed the
General Practice Residency program at Hennepin County Medical
Center. She is the Director of the Dentistry Clinic and Program
Director of the General Practice Residency Program at Hennepin
County Medical Center. Special interests include hospital dentistry
and management of medically compromised patients.

Dr. Strand has
been with Hennepin County Medical Center since graduating from
the University of Minnesota School of Dentistry in 1991. She joined
the faculty after completing the one-year general practice residency
program. Dr. Strand spends 1-2 days a week treating dental patients
in the operating room which is a special interest of hers.

Lance
Svoboda, DDS
Dr. Svoboda
graduated from the University of Minnesota Dental School in 2000
and completed his oral and maxillofacial surgery residency in 2004,
also at Minnesota. He joined the staff of Hennepin County Medical
Center in 2005. Dr. Svoboda's nterests include pediatric and adult
maxillofacial trauma, implant reconstruction and bone grafting,
and outpatient anesthesia.

Patricia Tarren, BDS
Dr.
Tarren was born in England and received her undergraduate dental
degree, Bachelor of Dental Surgery, at the University of London
at the Royal London Hospital. She received a certificate in pediatric
dentistry at the Eastman Dental Center in Rochester, New York.
She is an adjunct clinical professor of Pediatric Dentistry at
the University of Minnesota. She currently divides her time between
Hennepin County Medical Center Pediatric Clinic, Hennepin Care
South Community Clinic and the Operating Room at Hennepin County
Medical Center. Dr. Tarren's special interests include medically
compromised children, craniofacial disorders, and early childhood
caries. She enjoys skiing, soccer, hiking, cooking, crossword
puzzles and cups of tea!

Julie
A. Chavez. DDS
Dr. Chavez
received her DDS degree from the University of Washington School
of Dentistry in Seattle in 1993. She then completed a General
Practice Residency at Denver General Hospital and an Oral and
Maxillofacial Surgery Internship in New York City at the New York
Hospital Cornell Medical Center. She is a graduate of the Oral
and Maxillofacial Surgery training program at the University of
Minnesota. Dr. Chavez is board certified and is a member of the
American Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons, the Minnesota Society
of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons, the American Dental Association,
the Minnesota Dental Association and the Minneapolis District
Dental Society.

Roger
G. Ettel, DDS, MS
Dr. Ettel
graduated from the University of Minnesota Dental School in 1980.
He completed his graduate periodontology training at the University
of Minnesota in 1987. Dr. Ettel is a Diplomate of the American
Board of Periodontology and practices in White Bear Lake, Minnesota.

Rieke, DDS
Dr.
Rieke completed dental school at the University of Minnesota and then
a general practice residency at HCMC. Following his training at HCMC,
he worked in private practice as a general dentist in a Minneapolis
suburb. He then returned to the University of Minnesota for
his advanced education in perio-dentology. Since completing his
periodontal residency he is working in private practice in White
Bear Lake and teaching at Hennepin County Medical Center.

Spitzmueller, DDS, MSD
Dr. Spitzmueller
is a University of Minnesota graduate for both his dental
degree and his specialty program in endondontics. He has taught
at the University for thirty-five years and at HCMC for two. He
practices in downtown Minneapolis. Among his hobbies he keeps
bees for the honey and rides a Harley for fun, but hasn't combined the
two.

Cale
Strait DDS, MS
Dr. Strait
graduated from the University of Minnesota Dental School in
1998 and then completed a general practice residency program at Hennepin
County Medical Center in 1999. He completed his graduate training
in Endodontics at the University of Minnesota and now maintains
a private practice in Edina, Chaska and Belle Plaine, Minnesota.
Dr. Strait also holds a consulting staff doctor position at Hennepin
County Medical Center.
