Eligible candidates will have a Pharmacy degree from an ACPE-accredited school or college of pharmacy and be eligible for Minnesota licensure. An on-site interview is required. Application materials include:
- curriculum vitae
- three letters of recommendation
- pharmacy transcript from an Accredited School or College of Pharmacy
- completed application form.
In addition, successful completion of an ASHP Accredited PGY-1 Residency Program is required for entry into the Solid Organ Transplant, Ambulatory Care, and Critical Care PGY-2 Residency Programs.
