The PGY-2 year emphasizes ambulatory psychiatry in various settings. The resident's time is spent in adult and child outpatient clinics learning psychiatric interviewing and practicing psychotherapy and medication management.
Call varies and includes some evenings, overnights and weekends. We adhere to ACGME duty hour guidelines.
