AtStaff is the staffing, reporting and scheduling system used for Nursing and the Clinical Laboratory on a 24/7 basis. Access to this system is granted by department administration.

Employee Self Service
The Employee Self Service is used by employees for time reporting, personal information updates, payroll and compensation, employee benefits, recruiting activities and accessing tuition reimbursement forms.

HCMC Remote Access (CAG)
Access the HCMC Remote Access for remote access to the internal network from outside the network. Contact IT to set up your unique remote access.

My Learning Center
Access the HCMC Learning Center for all required training, EPIC training, self study options and conference information. You will need your 11-digit PeopleSoft ID, password or last 4 digits of your Social Security number.

Outlook Employee Email
Access your Outlook email from outside the network. Your login and password will be the same as logging in to your computer at HCMC.

IT Self Service
24x7 self-service portal to get IT support. You can submit a request, report an issue, and check on the status of open tickets. Instructions for first time users.
