GENERAL INFORMATION:Nurse

  • Most of our units here at HCMC do accept applications from new grads; this includes the Intensive Care Units as well as Labor & Delivery.  The Emergency Department, Burn Center, PACU, OR, and Float Pool do not currently accept new graduate RN’s; however these units would be available to you after you have gained some experience.

A Clinical Educator will coordinate your orientation, and you’ll work alongside experienced RN’s on your unit.
  • Hennepin County Medical Center believes our future will be secured by investing in the potential of our staff; therefore we support learning that leads to personal growth, opportunities for advancement, and improvement in our organization.
