Appointments

To request an appointment, please call one of our clinics. We are available to take your call Monday through Friday from 7:30 am to 9 pm, and Saturdays and Sundays from 8:30 am to 5 pm. Patients who are registered with MyChart also have the option of scheduling or requesting an appointment online through the MyChart system.

If you are having a medical emergency, call 911 or go to the hospital emergency room on 730 S. 8^th St.

Hennepin County Medical Center and our clinics in the community provide comprehensive and specialized health care services.

Main Campus

The main campus is located in downtown Minneapolis, across the street from the Hubert H. Humphrey Metrodome.

Main Entrances:

• Red Building entrance on 8th Street — 730 S. 8th Street (open during evening and weekend hours)
• Purple Building entrance on 7th Street — 716 S. 7th Street
• Blue Building entrance on 8th Street — 900 S. 8th Street

To get to the Orange and Green buildings, use the Blue or Red entrance. To access the HFA Shapiro Building, use the Blue entrance.

Parking Information

Clinics

Neighborhood and community clinics are located in Minneapolis on East Lake Street and in the Whittier Neighborhood, Brooklyn Center, Brooklyn Park, Chaska, Richfield, and St. Anthony, and in Walmart stores in Bloomington and Eden Prairie. For locations, see clinics.

Patient Billing

We are committed to making the billing and payment process as easy as possible. For more information, visit Paying for Your Health Care Services. Medical Records

To have your medical records sent to another organization or person, you must first sign a release form. Visit Health Information Management for more information or call (612) 873-3179. To obtain a copy of a birth record, click here.
