A Benefit for Hennepin County Medical Center's Education and Training Mission
We train the doctors and nurses who make you healthy.
We educate the therapists who guide your recovery.
We guide the pharmacists who dispense your medication.
We teach the first responders who save your life.
Down your street, in your city, across your state, HCMC takes care of Minnesota.
Thank you to everyone who helped us Light Up the Night on December 1!
Over 300 people came to celebrate HCMC's role as our state's first and most influential teaching hospital. At the event we honored M. Thomas Stillman, MD with the Guiding Light award for his outstanding teaching efforts at HCMC and watched an amazing performance by Stuart Pimsler Dance. Over $175,000 in net proceeds from generous individual and corporate donors will support innovative education programs at HCMC.
Funds raised at Light Up the Night will support medical student education, graduate medical education: residency and fellowship programs, nursing advancement, allied health profession education, emergency outreach and education, and clinical research.
You can make an impact and donate to the Innovation in Medical Education Fund at www.hcmc.org/hhf
