Emergency Medicine at HCMC This is the screen used to enter the patient's
current medication list. Remember
to ask about OTC medications. In Patients with prior visits to
our department such information
as Past medical history, Medications, and Allergies may be "pulled forward" from
the last visit and will "initialize". Pulling forward will populate
the
charting form with the same
information entered at the patients most recent visit and it may be edited and
may or may not be accurate. Initialization means that this screen will
always come up with the
most recent information entered during the current visit. All initialized
and pulled forward data should be reviewed thoroughly before clicking OK which
will enter this data
into the patients chart under your name. Just Click OK to return to the
Physician Charting screen. This screen also links to the Allergy Screen.
