Emergency Medicine at HCMC After all other charting is done as noted in red on this example of the Set Disposition form you may set a disposition in Emstat. The Physician Roadblock Override is designed to allow the staff MDs to set the patient's disposition before the charting is complete. This is used primarily for patients who require admission so that the admission process may proceed in parallel with the completion of the visit record. Note that this screen links to all the other aspects of the discharge process.
