Emergency Medicine at HCMC On this screen we are only looking at the referral area of Emstat ChartRack. The tabs along the bottom of any screen sort the data that may be presented in the main screen. On the ChartRack these tabs correspond to the different areas of the emergency department which use Emstat. Here we see one patient test, test who is located in the referral area. Clicking on the PMP or Phsysician area will take you to the sign up screen. Clicking anywhere to the right of the physician column will take you to the individual patient record. Please click on the test patient in the chart rack to see this patient's record
