This is the sign on screen for EPIC as implemented at HCMC. EPIC is the hospital's electronic medical record. All emergency department care is documented on and executed using EPIC. You will receive an orientation to EPIC on your first day at HCMC which is vital even if you have used EPIC at other sites within HCMC all charting is done on EPIC.
