I)          OVERVIEW:  The HCMC student procedure lab is used to demonstrate with hands on experience a variety of life saving procedures used by Emergency Physicians.  This lab is provided to all students who rotate with us in the Emergency Department.  It takes place after the Wednesday student lecture and is taught by Senior Emergency Medicine residents to approximately 4 students at a time.  In addition to a suturing session the following procedures are taught or demonstrated.
