Dr. John Hick is Hennepin County Medical Center's Medical Director for Bioterrorism and Disaster Preparedness and the
Assistant Medical Director for Emergency Medical Services. In addition to being an Associate Professor of Emergency Medicine at the University of Minnesota, Dr. Hick serves on numerous committees and organizations, including:
- Medical Director for the Office of Emergency Preparedness with the Minnesota Department of Health
- Medical Advisor to the Minneapolis Metropolitan Medical Response System
- Medical Director of the Minnesota Metro Hospital Compact
