We always recommend that you contact your insurance company or provider network to confirm participation of HCMC in your specific health plan. You will find your insurance plan's member services phone number on your ID card or your insurance plan's website.

Hospital-Based Clinics and Insurance

All of our primary and specialty care clinics are hospital-based clinics owned by HCMC and your health plan may cover health care services provided in a hospital-based clinic differently than those provided in a doctor’s office. Your insurance may require that you meet your annual deductible and/or require that you pay a percentage of the bill rather than just an office visit co-payment. You should check with your insurance company if you have any questions.
