5th Annual Downtown Health Series gives new meaning to "a healthy meal"

The 5th Annual Downtown Health Series will begin on January 16 with another engaging lineup of speakers to discuss a variety of topics, including women's health, self care techniques, cardiovascular disease, caring for aging parents, and making choices that will help reduce risk factors for diabetes and obesity.
