Hennepin County Medical Center introduces new directors
The following individuals have accepted director positions at Hennepin County Medical Center:

Director of Medicine/Cardiology/Renal Services
Rosanne Ferguson, RN, MSN, has been named Director of Medicine/Cardiology/Renal Services. She has experience as a Director in Critical Care/Cardiac Surgery, Nursing Management systems, neurosciences and rehabilitation as well as an adjunct faculty member at the University of Illinois college of Nursing. For the past two years, Ferguson has been the Director of Clinical Services, Neuroscience, Orthopedics and Spine at United Healthcare. Prior to that, she was Director of the Minneapolis Neuroscience Institute and Sister Kenny Rehabilitation Institute for three years. Ferguson brings broad experience in nursing leadership roles and excellent program development skills and expertise.

Director of Women and Children's Services
Mary Peterson, RN, MSN, has accepted the Director of Women and Children's Services. Peterson has extensive experience in obstetrics as a nurse practitioner, as well as manager and director of Women Care Services. For 20 years, Peterson was an Assistant Professor in Nursing at Minnesota State University in Mankato and held director positions in Professional Development in the Twin Cities. Peterson comes to Hennepin from Mercy Hospital where she was a patient care director providing operational and clinical leadership for Women's and Children's and Medical-Surgical-Oncology Services.

Director of Professional Practice and Development
Dayle Stubbs, RN, MSN, has accepted the Director of Professional Practice and Development. Stubbs has held a variety of leadership roles at the University of Minnesota Medical Center - Fairview. Most recently she led the Professional Development Department at Unity Hospital. Stubbs is a doctoral candidate, having completed her coursework for Doctorate in Education - Organization Development. She brings expertise, creativity and passion to this new role focusing on strengthening professional practice, development and research at Hennepin.

Director of Case management/Social Services/Chaplaincy/Interpreter Services
Pam Clifford, RN, MPH, is the new Director of Case Management/Social Services/Chaplaincy/Interpreter Services. She has experience as a director of Home Care, Care Management and Clinical Documentation, and Employee Occupational Health. Clifford has 25 years of diverse leadership experience involving case management, quality improvement, risk management, patient employee safety and automated medical record implementation in a variety of healthcare settings. She also brings project management, decision-making, problem solving and leadership skills to this role.
