Kristin Mundy, PT, DPT
Dr. Mundy graduated from Creighton University with a Doctorate in Physical Therapy and Truman State University with a Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science and a Minor in Biology. She has experience working with patients with a variety of neurological diagnoses in multi-disciplinary outpatient settings, completing balance screenings at health fairs, and being a member of a Falls Prevention Coalition.
Dr. Mundy has been part of the outpatient physical therapy department at HCMC since 2013. Her interests include rehabilitation after stroke, spinal cord injury, traumatic brain injury, multiple sclerosis, and Parkinson Disease. She is LSVT BIG certified (intensive whole body amplitude-based training protocol for people with Parkinson disease) and an active member of the American Physical Therapy Association’s neurology section. She enjoys collaborating with patients to improve their functional mobility in the home and community settings.
