Originally from the Boston area, Dr. King-Schultz attended college at Duke University in North Carolina. After graduating from college, she moved to Minneapolis and obtained a Masters in Public Health at the University of Minnesota with a focus on community health and health disparities. Dr. King-Schultz attended medical school and completed her residency training at the Mayo Clinic in Rochester. She also served as Chief Resident of Pediatrics at Mayo Clinic. She is board-certified in pediatrics.
In her clinical practice, Dr. King-Schultz enjoys caring for children of all ages. Her public health interests include improving health disparities, innovating models for delivering care, and community-based efforts to improve health.
