Mark Sprenkle, MD, MSc
Chief, Pulmonary and Critical Care
Dr. Sprenkle is Chief of Pulmonary and Critical Care and the director of Critical Care Research at Hennepin County Medical Center. He is board certified in Pulmonary Medicine and Critical Care Medicine.
Dr. Sprenkle has special interests in acute respiratory failure, sepsis, asthma, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, chronic pulmonary infections, interstitial lung disease, and lung cancer staging through endobronchial ultrasound.
His research interests include outcomes research in critical care medicine. He is also an assistant professor of medicine at the University of Minnesota.
