Dr. Printon graduated in 1986 from the Northwestern College of Chiropractic in Minneapolis as a Doctor of Chiropractic. In 1997 he became certified in McKenzie Mechanical Diagnosis and Physical Therapy from the McKenzie Institute in Syracuse, New York.

Dr. Printon has worked at the Alternative Medicine Clinic of Hennepin Faculty Associates since 1999. He brings with him a wealth of experience including over 22 years of chiropractic licensure. As part of his chiropractic practice, he is responsible for integrating chiropractic services into a multi-disciplinary medical setting. The chiropractic practice style includes manipulation, mobilization, posture improvement, soft tissue work and home care exercises.

In 1992, he was appointed to the State of Minnesota Conflict of Interest Advisory Panel. The goal of this multi-disciplinary panel was to adopt or reject Medicare anti-kickback statue and relate it to the Minnesota Plan for the uninsured. The following year, he was appointed to the Minnesota Chiropractic Association Committee to improve and update chiropractic practice standard guidelines.

Over the years, Dr. Printon has actively participated in various organizations including serving as President of the MetroEast district of the Minnesota Chiropractic Association and as the Vice President and Chiropractic Director of the Clinical Resource Group. The Clinical Resource Group is a network service organization administering chiropractic treatment for 18 counties and 42 chiropractic clinics in Minnesota.

Dr. Printon co-developed the BackFit 5 Injury Prevention Program which focuses on the belief that proactive changes in our lives and specific posture improvements and exercises can prevent health problems in the future. Dr. Printon has presented this program to over 50 various industries and corporations including: The City of St. Paul, Hormel Foods Corporation, Opus Corporation, Us Army Corps of Engineers, American Society of Safety Engineers, Minnesota Safety Council and the Minnesota Department of Transportation.
