Kelly E. Pezzella, CNP, MSN
Family and Community Medicine
Kelly received her bachelor degree in nursing from the University of Minnesota- Rochester. She also has a bachelor of arts from Macalester College in economics and political science. She has a master's in nursing from St Louis University specializing in family practice. She is board certified as a family nurse practitioner.
Kelly has worked at HCMC as a staff nurse, and has worked extensively with adolescents in teen clinic, youth drop-in centers and college health settings. She has a special interest in working with adolescents, and health issues that affect young people. She also strives to work professionally on topic based issues, such as eliminating health disparities, providing competent care to GLBTQ folks, and mentoring those interested in the health care/nursing profession.
Kelly lives in south Minneapolis with her husband, and their 3 children, 2 dogs and cat. They enjoy running, camping and gardening as a family.
