Dr. Qureshi is a diplomate in the specialty of neurology for the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology and a diplomate in the subspecialty of vascular neurology for the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology. He is the 2004 recipient of the A. B. Baker Teacher Recognition Award from the American Academy of Neurology; the 2004 honorable mention recipient of the Safety Net Community and Patient Service Award from the National Association of Public Hospitals and Health Systems; and the 2005 Excellence in Care Award from the Vascular Disease Foundation.
